I am Dale B owner of Moon Tiger Tattoos I have been tattooing for 17 yrs , I started out with a formal apprenticeship at Berts Santa Rosa Tattoo under  Master Tattooist Bert Rodriguez, after that I worked in Souix Falls South Dakota, at The Tattoo Shoppe and after that I worked For Good Time Charlie  in Manteca Ca.   After moving to Placerville 5 years ago I opened Moontiger Tattoos on Main St. and now Located at 523  Placerville Dr.
